Our take
This unique boat hotel is best suited for golfers seeking an unconventional and memorable base near Bruntsfield Links, particularly those who appreciate self-catering options and a quiet, distinct atmosphere. It caters well to small groups or couples looking for something beyond a standard hotel room. However, golfers prioritizing on-site golf facilities or extensive resort amenities might find it less suitable, as the focus here is on the unique accommodation experience and proximity to local attractions rather than direct golf access.
- Book your tee times at Bruntsfield Links well in advance, especially during peak season, to secure your preferred slots.
- Utilize the on-board kitchen for breakfast before heading out for your morning round, saving time and offering flexibility.
- Consider the airport shuttle for a stress-free transfer, particularly if you have golf clubs and luggage.
