Our take
This hotel is well-suited for golf societies and couples who value a central Edinburgh location with immediate access to Bruntsfield Links. Its comfortable rooms and proximity to city attractions make it a practical choice for those balancing golf with sightseeing. However, golfers seeking a full-service resort with on-site championship courses and extensive practice facilities might find it less comprehensive, as the focus here is on convenience and urban access.
- Book your tee times for nearby championship courses well in advance, especially during the peak summer season.
- Consider a morning round on Bruntsfield Links for a unique historic golf experience before exploring Edinburgh's city centre.
- Utilise local taxi services for efficient transfers to more distant courses, ensuring a smooth golf itinerary.
