The Inn at Newton Highlands
A quiet Newton Highlands inn steps from the T
Über dieses Hotel
This is the smallest and most residential option in the Newton cluster, a walkable inn in Newton Highlands one minute from both the T station and O'Hara's Food & Spirits, useful for a couple who wants a neighborhood feel rather than a hotel lobby between rounds. Free parking and Wi-Fi cover the basics, and the twenty-four-minute run to Logan keeps it in line with the rest of Newton for an airport transfer. There is no pool or restaurant on-site, which trades resort convenience for genuine proximity to Brae Burn's actual streets and a walkable pub for dinner without a car. At 9.2 from its guests, the reviews suggest the trade-off works well for travelers who know what they are booking: a small, quiet inn over a full-service hotel.
- Walk to Newton Highlands T stop
- Free parking
- Near O'Hara's Food & Spirits
- Small, residential setting
Unsere Einschätzung
This suits a couple or two golfers wanting a quiet, walkable Newton Highlands base close to Brae Burn's own neighborhood, with O'Hara's covering dinner without a car most nights. It is not built for a larger society trip needing a room block, a pool or an on-site restaurant to keep the group together.
- Walk to O'Hara's Food & Spirits for dinner rather than driving; it sits one minute from the door.
- Use the T stop for an evening into Boston proper if the group wants a night off the Newton corridor entirely.
- Book well ahead during peak season, since this inn's small room count fills faster than the larger Newton hotels.
