All Season's Inn and Suites
The budget stay closest to Cedar Crest Park
About this hotel
All Season's Inn and Suites keeps its offering to the essentials, free Wi-Fi and free parking, but its location further south than the Market Center cluster genuinely trims the drive to Cedar Crest Park compared to most of the wider downtown hotel set. That trade-off, less downtown restaurant density in exchange for a shorter morning commute, suits a group focused squarely on golf rather than a busy evening scene. The ten-minute taxi to Dallas Zoo offers a non-golf option nearby, and the roughly five-minute taxi to M2 Rivera Restaurante gives a nearby dinner spot beyond the immediate hotel block. It is a straightforward, no-frills stay built for value-conscious golfers prioritizing proximity to the course. Groups prioritizing a shorter drive to Cedar Crest Park itself should still weigh this stay against the Bishop Arts cluster before booking.
- 2-star budget stay
- Free parking
- Close to Cedar Crest Park
- Free Wi-Fi
Our take
All Season's Inn and Suites suits a group prioritizing the shortest possible drive to Cedar Crest Park over downtown amenities and restaurant density. It is genuinely no-frills, so groups wanting a pool, gym, or restaurant on site should look toward the Market Center or downtown cluster instead. It is a solid pick within its price bracket, though not the single standout of the wider Cedar Crest Park hotel set.
- Book this property specifically if minimizing the morning drive to Cedar Crest Park matters more to the group than downtown proximity.
- Plan to drive or taxi for dinner most nights, since the immediate area has less restaurant density than downtown or Bishop Arts.
- Confirm parking is genuinely free at booking, since it is one of the property's few but consistently offered amenities.

Why guests love itWe picked All Season's Inn and Suites specifically to cut down our morning drive to Cedar Crest Park, and it worked exactly as expected across our stay. The room was basic but clean, and free parking meant our rental car cost nothing extra overnight. We drove out for dinner most nights, which we had budgeted for going in. We would consider it again for a return trip, mainly for the convenience it offered near Cedar Crest Park.
