Our take
This hotel is an excellent fit for golf societies or families seeking a functional, well-located base with essential comforts. Its kid-friendly policy and rooms with kitchens cater well to those who appreciate flexibility and a relaxed atmosphere after their rounds. However, guests expecting extensive on-site resort amenities or a luxurious, full-service experience might find it too modest. It prioritizes practicality and convenience over opulence.
- Consider booking a room with a kitchen if you plan to self-cater some meals, especially for longer stays or with a group.
- Utilize the nearby public transport for easy access to local attractions and dining, particularly during peak season.
- Reserve parking in advance if you are driving, as it is available for a fee and can simplify your logistics.
