Yachtsman Hotel & Marina Club
River and marina views from every patio
Over dit hotel
Yachtsman Hotel & Marina Club sits directly on the river, and every room's patio overlooks the water and the working marina beyond it, a view few other properties on this list can offer at this price point. Rooms themselves are straightforward rather than lavish, letting the setting carry the property's appeal. Pet-friendly and kid-friendly policies widen who can stay, and an outdoor pool covers the hours between golf and dinner. The Boathouse Restaurant is roughly eight minutes away on foot, and Seashore Trolley Museum is a similar distance by taxi. Air conditioning covers the summer months. The marina view from the patio, more than the pool or the walk to dinner, is the single feature guests consistently mention first.
- Marina-view patios
- Riverfront setting
- Outdoor pool
Ons oordeel
A strong choice for a group that values a genuine waterfront setting over polished interiors, with every patio delivering a river and marina view most properties reserve for a handful of premium rooms. Travelers wanting a full-service restaurant or spa on site should look elsewhere on this list; the appeal here is squarely the view.
- Spend an evening on the patio watching the marina rather than heading straight out to dinner; it is the property's best free amenity.
- Walk to The Boathouse Restaurant rather than driving; eight minutes along the water is a pleasant route.
- Bring a pet along if traveling with one, since the pet-friendly policy is a genuine perk here.
Waarom we het geweldig vinden
- River and marina views from every patio
- Pet-friendly throughout
- Outdoor pool on site
- Straightforward, comfortable rooms
Waarom gasten het geweldig vindenA couple chose the hotel specifically for the marina view and ended up spending most evenings on the patio rather than going out, watching boats return to the dock as the light faded. The eight-minute walk to The Boathouse Restaurant covered the one dinner they wanted away from the property, and the straightforward rooms felt like a fair trade for a view this consistent across every unit in the hotel.
