Casa Fresa Accommodation
Budget rooms steps from Broughty Ferry Beach
Over dit hotel
Casa Fresa keeps its rate genuinely low while still sitting close to Broughty Ferry Beach and a short walk from Gray Street, a combination that few other budget properties in the wider area manage. A kitchen in some rooms lets budget-minded golfers self-cater breakfast or a post-round meal rather than paying restaurant prices for every meal across a multi-night stay. Free wifi and free parking cover the practical basics, and the smoke-free property keeps rooms fresh after time spent outdoors in coastal wind. A short walk to the beach itself gives a rest morning somewhere to go beyond just the hotel room, useful on the one day a trip leaves genuinely free of golf entirely.
- Kitchen in some rooms

Ons oordeel
A budget-conscious golfer wanting genuine coastal proximity without a premium rate will find real value in Casa Fresa's combination of low cost and beach access. Anyone wanting hotel-standard amenities, a restaurant or a spa should look toward a fuller-service Carnoustie or Dundee property instead, where those extras come genuinely built in.
- Ask about kitchen access when booking if your group wants to self-cater breakfast before an early tee time.
- Walk to Broughty Ferry Beach on a rest morning; it sits close enough to reach easily on foot from here.
- Redirect the savings from this budget rate into an extra round or a better dinner elsewhere in the trip.

Waarom gasten het geweldig vindenWe chose Casa Fresa for the combination of a low rate and a genuine beach walk each morning, and the savings compared with a full-service Dundee hotel let us add an extra round at Carnoustie that we had not originally budgeted for at the very start of our week-long golf trip together as a small group of close friends who golf every year.
