De koffiebar werd ons ochtendritueel voor vroege afslagtijden, eenvoudiger en sneller dan zittend ontbijten. Dat golf ter plaatse geregeld was, was een echt comfort dat we bij een adres van deze omvang niet hadden verwacht. De wandeling naar El Medano Beach in de middag bleek zo makkelijk dat we hem bijna elke avond maakten. Zulke praktische details tellen ter plaatse zwaarder dan bij het vergelijken van advertenties online.
