City Express Plus by Marriott Cabo San Lucas
Budget base practically at the course gates
Over dit hotel
Six minutes by taxi to Cabo San Lucas Country Club makes this one of the closest bases to the course itself, which matters more than almost anything else on a trip built around tee times. The contemporary rooms stay informal rather than styled, and free breakfast plus parking keep the total cost down for a group watching the budget after paying for green fees. The gym and outdoor pool cover a rest afternoon without ceremony, and the business center suits anyone extending the trip with work. It's a functional base built entirely around proximity to the course, not a resort experience, and it delivers exactly that, freeing up the trip's budget for the golf itself.

Ons oordeel
This suits a golf-first group prioritizing a short commute to Cabo San Lucas Country Club over resort amenities, with free breakfast and parking keeping costs sensible. Anyone wanting beachfront access or an all-inclusive plan should book one of the beach resorts nearby instead, since neither is the focus here at all.
- Book the short taxi to Cabo San Lucas Country Club the night before an early tee time to avoid a morning wait.
- Use the free breakfast before golf rather than stopping en route, since tee times here tend to run early.
- Keep the trip budget for green fees and dinners rather than the room, since this base is priced to allow that.
