Hilton Reading
Indoor pool and fitness centre for the longer trip
このホテルについて
Hilton Reading pairs its four-star rooms with an indoor pool and fitness centre, a genuine advantage for a group playing several rounds across several days rather than a single weekend blitz. Air conditioning and full-service laundry both matter more than they sound on a week-long trip, and the pet-friendly policy widens who can actually join. The hotel sits close to the Museum of English Rural Life and roughly forty minutes from Heathrow by taxi, putting it within easy reach of both the town centre and the airport for a group flying in from further afield. It's a business hotel at heart, but one built for exactly the kind of multi-day stay a golf trip demands. The bar and restaurant downstairs mean the group rarely needs to leave the building after a long day, and business-centre facilities make a mixed golf-and-work trip workable too.

Reach for this one on a longer trip where recovery matters as much as the golf. The indoor pool and fitness centre genuinely get used between rounds, and the room service and full-service laundry keep a multi-day stay from feeling worn by day four. It's less suited to a quick one-night stopover, where the extra amenities go mostly unused. Business-centre facilities and room service both help if the trip mixes golf with any work on the side.
- Use the fitness centre or pool the morning after an early round rather than skipping recovery altogether.
- Book laundry service by the middle of the trip if you're packing light for several days of golf.
- Allow roughly forty minutes for the Heathrow taxi transfer, longer during the weekday evening rush.

ゲストに人気の理由Four rounds in four days would have worn us out without the pool here — twenty minutes in the water most evenings kept legs fresher than the first trip we tried without it. The room service saved us on the one night nobody wanted to leave the hotel, and having laundry sorted by day three meant we packed half the clothes next time. Room service on the one night nobody wanted to move again was worth the slightly higher rate on its own.
